Payment is done through PayPal (USD)

If there is a short deadline there will be an additional rush fee

Commissions are NOT for commercial use, see Commercial TOS (anything sold for profit ex: Merch, Prints, Plushies, Keychains, etc)

Progress sketches may NOT be used in anyway unless discussed beforehand (sent to a different artist to be completed, AI, etc)

Pass the Sketching Phase, if the client wants to cancel, they must still pay for the progress (50% of the commission)

Once completed, any use of the commission must be credited somewhere (YouTube Description, Twitter Bio, Twitch Command, etc) with my Twitter @dark_sylvia

Failure to make credit corrections within 24 hours after warning will result in a fee per use that is uncredited

Inform me if it is a private commission since I might stream the progress and post the commission on my Twitter

I have the right to refuse commissions

I retain full copyright of the art created

After reading and understanding my TOS you can contact me via Twitter DMs to work out the commission details

Upon contact and confirmation of the commission you agree to the TOS

Will also abide by the Commission TOS

Art can only be made/sold by the agreed upon products/purpose

If the client wants to produce more products they must come back and discuss with me

Failure to abide by both TOS will result in a heavy fine based on the producs/profits made
